 A   We have slippers, pajamas(130 cm) for children, and baby cribs, but quantities are limited.

 A   You can use Free WiFi and Lan cable in all rooms.
　　We also have a rental computer for ￥1,100- per night.
 Q   Can I choose the location or floor of the room?
 A   We respond as much as possible, but we might not able to meet your request depending on the situation.
 Q   Is there any rooms for a group or family?
 A   There are 6 Japanese style rooms and 2 connecting rooms of twin beds(+ extra bed).
　　-Japanese style room: 60 sqm, 5th floor, up to 5 people.
　　-Connecting room: 31.9 sqm, 6th floor, up to 6 people.
 Q   Do you have laundry service?
 A   We accept your laundry.
　　We can deliver it on the day that we received between 8:00 am to 11:00 am. (Closed on Sundays and public holidays.)
      If we received it between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, we deliver at 11:00 am in the next morning.

 Q Is there a smoking area in the hotel?
 A There are the smoking areas on the 2nd and 3rd and 21st floor, and the main entrance on the 1st floor.  Q   Do you offer any transportation service from and to the Airport or Train Station? 
 A   We do not offer the transportation service. There is a limousine bus from and to Takamatsu Airport that you can get on and off 
      at the main entrance of the hotel. (One way: ￥1,000-,  About 40 minutes)
      Also, it takes 1 minute on foot from the JR Takamatsu station.
 Q   Please tell me the nearest interchange of Highway?
 A   From Tokushima area : Takamatsu-chuo IC
      From Sakaide area : Takamatsu-nishi IC
      It takes about 20 minutes from each interchange.
 Q   Can I make a reservation for the parking lot?
 A   We do not take a reservation in advance. It is on a first-come and first-served basis.
 Q   Is there a parking lot for a wheelchair user?
 A   We have a space for two cars in the underground parking lot of the hotel.

 A   Foreign currency exchange machines are available in the lobby on the 1st floor.
 Q   Can I send and receive a Fax and copy documents?
 A   We accept them at the front desk.
      -Fax transmission fee: Domestic￥200+Communication fee, International￥300 +communication fee.
      -Copy fee:  ￥20 per paper(Black & White), ￥100 per paper(Color)
 Q   Do you have a curfew?
 A   We do not have a curfew, we are open 24 hours.  You can go in and out 24 hours from the main entrance on the 1st floor.
      Other entrances are closed at midnight.
 Q   Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
 A   The convenience store(SEVEN ELEVEN) is on the 1st floor in SUNPORT TAKAMATSU across from our main entrance and on the 1st floor in HOTEL CLEMENT INN TAKAMATSU next door.
 Q   Can you make a reservation for a taxi?
 A   We accept it. Please contact the front desk.
 Q   Is there an ATM inside or near the hotel?
 A   We have no ATM in the hotel. There are ATM in JR Takamatsu station or convenience stores.
 Q   Can you tell me a recommended udon restaurant?
 A   Please ask the front desk. We have a map that describes nearby udon restaurant.
